Information we collect
We collect the information you voluntarily provide through our email opt-in forms (such as the Free Guide, Burnout Reset application, and retreat waitlist forms), including your name and email address.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, deliver the resources you requested (such as the In-Flight Recovery Protocol Guide), and — unless you opt out — to send occasional emails about our coaching and travel services.
Site analytics
We measure how visitors use this site (pages viewed, device type, approximate region and how you arrived) so we can improve it. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, and Google Analytics, which uses cookies to tell visits apart. You can block cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Analytics data does not include your name or email, and we do not sell your information.
Company-level visit analytics
This site uses MAVTG Visitor Intelligence, which uses a visitor's IP address once, at the time of the visit, to identify the company or organization (not the individual) behind the visit, based on publicly available IP-to-organization data. The IP address is not stored and no individual is identified. Raw visit-log entries are deleted after 90 days. The company or organization name and website address that were recorded may be kept until you ask us to delete them; to ask, use the contact email listed in our footer.
Third-party services
Form submissions are sent through MAVTG, our website provider, which emails them to us and does not store them. Scheduling is handled through Calendly. The site is hosted on Vercel. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how it processes your data.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, or contact us to request that your information be corrected or deleted.
